Yes. In addition to healthcare, Finish Pros regularly takes on projects for corporate offices, hospitality clients including hotels and restaurants, and university and institutional spaces — from executive suites and conference rooms to hotel lobbies, dormitory lounges, student union seating, and library furniture. We recommend calling or emailing us so we can schedule an appointment to inspect your pieces and understand your timeline. From there, we'll build a plan tailored to your facility, brand standards, and budget.

Yes. For lobbies, waiting rooms, hotel common areas, and other high-visibility spaces, we offer loaner furniture options so your day-to-day operations continue smoothly while your pieces are in our studio. This is especially valuable for medical practices, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices where empty seating areas would create a poor impression for clients, patients, or guests. Talk to your account manager about loaner availability when we're scoping your project so we can plan it into the timeline.

Turnaround time varies based on the scope of work, the materials specified, and any special-order textiles or finishes. We plan every commercial project around your goals and deadlines, and we provide a clear timeline once we've reviewed the pieces in person. The vast majority of our work is completed at our 14,000-square-foot Raleigh studio, where our in-house craftsmen, designers, and project managers deliver consistent, high-quality results. We offer pickup and delivery throughout the Triangle and within roughly a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, and we regularly travel statewide for university and healthcare clients across North Carolina. On-site work is available in limited cases, primarily for established repeat clients.

Yes. Finish Pros is fully insured and carries workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your facility, building management, procurement team, or general contractor — just let us know during the planning phase and we'll have one issued. All work is performed at our Raleigh studio by our in-house team of skilled craftsmen, supported by designers and project managers who oversee quality and scheduling from start to finish.

Finish Pros partners with more than 38 leading leather, textile, and vinyl mills, which gives commercial clients an exceptional range of options. Our design team works directly with the decision-makers and end users of the furniture to match material durability and maintenance to how each piece is actually used. For high-traffic seating, we often specify high-performance fabrics rated to exceed 1 million double rubs. For healthcare and corporate environments, we frequently select bleach-cleanable vinyls, antimicrobial finishes, and CAL 117 fire-compliant textiles. We also offer outdoor cushions and foam inserts for corporate patios, hotel pool decks, and university outdoor seating areas.
